Salmon is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which support the immune system, may decrease inflammation, and can keep your dog's coat looking shiny and healthy. It's also a lean protein source.

The food contains Naturally Occurring Collagen - Found in freshly prepared ingredients, Collagen helps to maintain healthy joints and skin for growing puppies and aids in healthy joints for adult dogs alike.

The food contains a Superfood Blend - A blend of 5 carefully selected superfoods each with their own unique benefits. Within the Salmon recipe we have:

Dill - is a good source of vitamin B2, B6 and B9. In addition, it’s particularly rich in vitamin C. It is also an excellent source of calcium, magnesium and potassium. Also it’s particularly rich in iron and manganese along with dietary fibre and amino acids. Antioxidant-rich dill has so many health benefits to offer dogs, it’s difficult to know where to begin. With its antibacterial properties, it’s good for the digestive system. So it’s ideal for dogs who suffer from bloating, wind, diarrhoea or constipation. It can also help maintain good liver, bladder, pancreas and kidney function. Dill also helps reduce cholesterol, can help support healthy heart function and has cancer fighting properties. It even has anti-inflammatory properties. So it’s also helpful in minimising the effects of arthritis in dogs.

Spinach - Spinach contains large amounts of vitamins A, B, C, and K which plays an important role in keeping blood cells healthy. It also contains iron, beta-carotene, and roughage, which stimulate the digestive tract and keep things moving ''smoothly''. It boosts the immune system, energy levels, and vitality. It’s also known to benefit the heart and help prevent cancer due to the beta-carotenes. Spinach is rich in anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidants, which buffer cells from the damage of free radicals—those highly reactive molecules in the body that weaken and wear out cells, speeding up the aging process and leaving weakened cells vulnerable to disease.

Fennel - Fennel is safe for your dog to eat and contains vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, iron, and potassium. These vitamins and minerals support the health of your dog's immune system, vision, bones, and more. Fennel also helps with bad breath, indigestion, and pups that are gassy.

Asparagus - The plentiful antioxidant properties of asparagus help to flush out toxins and free radicals from your dog’s bloodstream. Essential vitamins and minerals support your dog’s immune system function and help to maintain a healthy coat of fur, sharp eyesight, strong teeth and bones, and more. As well as plentiful amounts of Vitamins C, K, A, E & B6.

It is also high in fibre so great for dogs suffering with diabetes.

Tomato - Fibre helps to support healthy digestion and maintain your dog's steady blood sugar levels which is great for those with diabetes. Tomatoes also contain antioxidants and several important vitamins and minerals, like potassium, vitamin C and vitamin K. They’re low in calories and high in fibre, which is good for digestion. Tomatoes also contain lycopene, which may reduce the risk of heart disease and promote strong bones; beta-carotene, which can improve cognition; vitamin A, which helps with vision; and vitamin C, which is good for skin. They also have minerals such as folate and potassium, which help with blood pressure and muscle health and recovery.
